		<description>This was yummy! Stirring the roux for 25 minutes was well worth the taste and the end and if you have kids that can help stir then it becomes a family affair in cooking. :)

I used turkey sausage to cut down the fat.

I also bought the large bags of frozen chicken thighs to cut down on the cost. After they thawed I cut into chunks and stirred in the seasoning and then browned it. This worked out better for me then following how the recipe said to cook it. I also added some breast meat because it is healthier. :)</description>
