This has to be the ultimate cookie. They sound so delicious! I would've added coconut also. And it's great that they aren't a flat cookie! I posted a recipe of Martha's, Torie's Chocolate-Chunk Toffee Cookies. She has so many great cookie recipes but, this one is a keeper for sure that I will be trying! Good name for them! Thanks!

This stew was delicious, nutritious and easy to make, took about fifteen minutes. I also added the fresh cilantro, which complemented the flavors in the stew nicely. A wonderful winter meal for the family. I would highly recommend trying it!

Mayonnaise in cake does sound goofy but that's what makes it fun. The cake doesn't taste like mayonnaise...just moist and chocolatey. The mayo just replaces the oil and some of the eggs in this recipe. .

I don't think I'd make a cake like this. I use, flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda, canola oil, vanilla extract, eggs, milk, and boiling water. I know that the mayonnaise works in a chocolate cake with good results. My grandmother made a cake like this one time, but the idea of it seems weird to me.
